Ingredients

2 servings

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 300 g apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Sweetener of choice: agave syrup or honey
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Application Tip No. 2

Grate fresh ingredients on a damp grater.

To grate fruits and vegetables such as strawberries and apples, or ginger and garlic, moisten the grater beforehand with a drop of water, oil, lemon juice or similar. It slides better and can be easily removed with a brush.

Preparation

  1. Peel potatoes with the Professional Peeler, grate coarsely, let rest for 20 min. & squeeze well
  2. Grate onion finely on your Dip Bowl, add to the grated potatoes with the remaining ingredients and mix everything with the Silicone Spatula.
  3. Fry until golden brown in a hot pan.
  4. Quarter the lemon and grate it directly into yourGrating Bowl.
  5. Peel apples as desired and grate into the grating bowl. Season with cinnamon and sweetener.
  6. Done!

Tip: Squeeze the grated potatoes well – this makes the fritters crispy.
