Warm, creamy, and wonderfully savory: In a dip bowl, goat cheese is mixed with sour cream and finely grated garlic (using a ceramic grater) and baked until golden warm in the oven. Sweet-juicy, briefly pan-fried cherry tomatoes provide a fresh contrast. Perfect for dipping with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks – uncomplicated, quick, and ideal for sharing.

Ingredients

1 Serving

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g goat cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6–8 cherry tomatoes (for topping)

Application Tip No. 2

Grate fresh ingredients on a damp grater.

To grate fruits and vegetables such as strawberries and apples, or ginger and garlic, moisten the grater beforehand with a drop of water, oil, lemon juice or similar. It slides better and can be easily removed with a brush.

Preparation

  1. Pour olive oil into your dipping bowland grate a clove of garlic.
  2. Add goat cheese and sour cream and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Smooth out the mixture.
  4. Bake at 160°C for about 15-20 minutes until the dip is lightly browned and creamy.
  5. Halve the cherry tomatoes and sauté briefly in a pan. Pour over the finished dip.

Tip:Crunch Upgrade: Sprinkle with roasted walnuts or pine nuts.
